Organizing Services Policies

These policies help ensure a smooth and successful organizing experience for every client

Angel Baby Spaces creates organizing systems designed to support functional and maintainable spaces. Maintaining these systems is the responsibility of the client and members of the household. We do not guarantee that spaces will remain organized after services are completed. Maintenance sessions may be recommended to help keep systems working effectively over time.

Angel Baby Spaces provides home organizing services to create functional systems in clients' spaces.

Services may include:

• decluttering assistance
• categorizing and organizing belongings
• organizing storage areas
•  creating practical organizing systems
• recommending storage solutions when needed

Angel Baby Spaces does not provide junk removal, moving services, or professional packing services.

We treat your home and belongings with care throughout the organizing process.

• Hands are cleaned regularly while working.
• Shoes can be removed upon request.
• Items are handled carefully and placed in agreed locations.
• Light tidying may include wiping shelves and organizing surfaces. Work areas are left tidy.
• Deep cleaning, including mopping floors, scrubbing bathrooms, and full-home cleaning, is not included.
• We do not move extremely heavy furniture, appliances, or equipment that may create safety risks.

Clients may be asked to participate in the organizing process to determine which items will be kept, donated, or discarded.

No items will be removed from the home without client approval.

• Items will be sorted for keep, donate, or discard categories during the organizing process
• Clients are responsible for removal of donation or discard items unless donation drop-off is requested as an additional service
• Clients may be asked to participate in decision making about items during the organizing process

• Organizing sessions have a 3-hour minimum of $180.
• A $75 booking deposit reserves your appointment and is applied toward your session total.
• The remaining minimum-session balance is due 72 hours before your appointment.
• Sessions will not begin until the required payment has been received.
• Additional organizing time is $60 per hour, subject to availability. Approval and payment are required before extending the session.
• Any approved organizing products, supplies, or travel fees will be listed separately on your invoice.

• Travel within 15 driving miles of our Grayson location is included.
• For locations beyond 15 driving miles, a $50 minimum travel fee applies, or $1.25 per mile for round-trip mileage beyond the included radius
• Your travel fee will be confirmed before booking and included on your invoice.
• Travel fees are due with your remaining session balance 72 hours before your appointment.
