Safety & Cleanliness at Play

At Angel Baby Luxe, we take care in preparing clean, thoughtfully arranged play spaces for little guests. We ask hosts and families to help maintain that care by following the rules for their selected experience.

• Equipment and ball pit balls are cleaned between rentals.
• Equipment is inspected before setup and checked after each rental.
• Shoes must be removed before entering soft play areas and inflatables. Socks are required for soft play and bounce experiences.
• Food, drinks, gum, and candy must stay outside the play areas.
• Children who are feeling unwell should not participate.

Our soft play experiences are designed for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. Age, height, weight, and capacity limits vary by equipment and must be followed.

Hosts should share the play rules with guests and help keep play appropriate for the children using each area.

A responsible adult must actively supervise children throughout the event.

Standalone bounce house and bubble house rentals do not include an on-site concierge. Our Bumper Car Arena Experience includes a Play & Safety Concierge to assist with equipment use and play rules.

Concierge support does not replace parent or guardian supervision.

A parent or legal guardian must complete a play waiver for each child before the child uses our equipment.

Waiver instructions are provided after booking. The event host is responsible for sharing them with guests and ensuring waivers are completed before play begins.

Setup requirements vary by rental. Please provide the agreed clear, level space and any required access to power or water.

Outdoor setups are subject to suitable weather and site conditions. We may pause play or adjust setup when conditions are unsuitable.

Please follow the posted rules and instructions provided at setup. If equipment becomes damaged, moves out of position, or stops operating properly, stop using it and contact Angel Baby Luxe.

We take a proactive approach to ensuring a safe environment for all children. Our play area is designed to be:

- Soft & Cushioned: We use padded flooring, and age appropriate structures to minimize the risk of falls or injuries. 

- Age-Appropriate Play Areas: Our play space is carefully designed for infants, toddlers, and young children (ages 0-5), ensuring all equipment supports healthy motor skill development.

- Supervised Play: While we encourage independent play, parental supervision is required at all times to ensure a safe experience for everyone. 

- Clean & Well-Maintained Equipment: Our soft play structures and bounce house are inspected before and after each use to ensure everything is in top condition for the next client.

- Non-Toxic & Child-Friendly Materials: We use only safe, high-quality materials that meet industry standards for young children. 

We know that a clean play environment is a healthy play environment, which is why we take hygiene very seriously. Our cleaning process includes:

-Before & After Use Sanitization: All play equipment, including our bounce house and balls are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each play session. 

-Safe, Non-Toxic Cleaning Products: We use child-safe, hospital-grade disinfectants to ensure a germ-free environment.

-No Shoes Policy: To keep our play area clean and safe, we have a "No Shoe Policy" in play zones, and sock are required.

-Strict Illness Policy: We kindly ask parents to keep children home if they are feeling unwell to prevent the spread of germs.

Angel Baby Spaces provides professional home organization services with the same level of care and respect we bring to our play experiences. When working in your home, we take steps to maintain cleanliness and protect your space throughout the organizing process.

• Hands are sanitized regularly while working in your home
• Shoes can be removed upon request
• Surfaces are wiped down after organizing sessions
• Items are handled with care and returned to designated spaces
• Work areas will be left tidy. Removal of large items or bulk trash is the client's responsibility unless arranged in advance for an additional fee. 

Our goal is to leave your home cleaner, calmer, and more functional than when we arrived. 

Clients will be asked to make final decisions on items being kept, donated, or discarded to ensure nothing important is removed unintentionally.
