Organizing Services Policies

These policies help ensure a smooth and successful organizing experience for every client

Organizing Session Minimum

  • Organizing sessions have a 3-hour minimum

BOOKING & DEPOSITS

  • A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all organizing appointments.
  • Deposits may be applied to one rescheduled appointment if at least 24 hours notice is given
  • The remaining balance is due at the completion of the organizing session.

Travel Policy

  • Travel within 15 miles of our service area is included.
  • Locations beyond 15 miles may incur a mileage fee

Donation & Disposal

  • Items will be sorted for keep, donate, or discard categories during the organizing process
  • Clients are responsible for removal of donation or discard items unless donation drop-off is requested as an additional service
  • Clients may be asked to participate in decision making about items during the organizing process


Service Scope

 

Angel Baby Spaces provides home organizing services designed to create functional systems within client spaces.

Services may include:

  • decluttering assistance
  • categorizing and organizing belongings
  • organizing storage areas
  •  creating practical organizing systems
  • recommending storage solutions when needed

Angel Baby Spaces does not provide deep cleaning, junk removal, moving services, or professional packing services.

Cleaning Clarification

Organizing sessions may include light tidying within the space being organized, such as wiping shelves or sweeping behind furniture.


However, deep cleaning services such as mopping floors, scrubbing bathrooms, or full-home cleaning are not included.

Organization Maintenance

Angel Baby Spaces creates organizing systems designed to support functional and maintainable spaces.


Maintaining these systems is the responsibility of the client and members of the household.


Angel Baby Spaces does not guarantee that spaces will remain organized after services are completed.


Maintenance sessions may be recommended to help keep systems working effectively over time.

For safety reasons, Angel Baby Spaces does not move extremely heavy furniture, appliances, or equipment that may create safety risks.

client participation

Clients may be asked to participate in the organizing process to determine which items will be kept, donated, or discarded.


No items will be removed from the home without client approval.
